Well, we had the first appreciable snow storm of the season over night. Some of the trees were not ready for it.
So, on the way to work this morning, I got a shot of the only sunlight in the area, as it lit up the plumes of steam from the power plant and refineries in the distance.
Then along the river just outside the shop, where the trees are heavy with the first load of the season.

That school bus almost ruined the shot. The camera has a little delay as it focuses and I was not thinking about that at the time.

Yeah, there is a river just past the trees. Then more on the other side. I would have cropped out the street and the broken fencing but ehhh... Why bother?
I actually thought about getting a shot of the Denver sky line but it really didn't look all that nice this morning. Maybe tomorrow.
